The staff was very helpfull and friendly, and the location. It is right in midle of Av. da República, V. N. Gaia, Oporto. It is alright for one night stay like we did.
The room is in need of remodeling. The room had a balconie, but the door that gave access to the balconie didn't give the propper isolation in terms of sound and room temperature.

Cheap room rates,car park available,good location(close to the city of Porto and the Metro station),polite staff.
Old style room facilities,especially in the bathroom where the shower was really old and the flow of hot water was very poor;the air conditioning in the room did not work properly(I think it was just ventilation);during one of the nights a bad smell came out from the bathroom;poor breakfast.
